Change of Mind Cancellations / Incorrect items ordered policy and procedure

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days after the goods are delivered and providing that the goods are in a resellable condition and that no seals or packaging have been damaged and all accessories, cables, manuals and gifts are included. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must

REQUEST AN RMA/RETURNS NUMBER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to ZoneTronics.com at your own cost and you also have the duty to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packed properly and shipped in a plain outer box. ZoneTronics.com will then refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods (delivery charges are not refundable). If after exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you do not return the goods as required, ZoneTronics.com may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods. When exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) please return the goods to (Returns Address Provided when RMA has been approved).
Change of mind cancellations / incorrect items ordered ("in used condition") that are returned for a refund will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee (mm. £5 plus VAT).
Change of mind cancellations / incorrect items ordered ("in unused condition") that are returned for a refund will be credited at the current market value.

Faulty Goods policy and procedure

Important information - please read carefully

In order to return goods to ZoneTronics.com, we request that you follow the steps bellow.

STEP 1: Obtaining a Returns (RMA) Number

You must obtain a Returns (RMA- Returned Materials Authorisation) Number before returning any product. If you send product(s) back without a Returns Number it will result in rejection.

REQUEST AN RMA/RETURNS NUMBER

Your Returns (RMA) number will be emailed to you within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

STEP 2: Returning Your Product

You Must:

  1. Ensure you have included everything the product came with including all manuals, drivers, disks, cables and any free gifts.

  2. If returned items are incomplete we will not be able to process them and they will be rejected.

  3. Package the product securely using the original packaging it was received in or use your own adequate alternative.Do not write the Returns (RMA) number on the box or packaging but on a label which should be affixed to the outside of the package containing the return address as follows:

We recommend you return your product using a traceable insured service. This will require a signature when we receive it and confirms our receipt of the package.

Ensure you retain the receipt for the carriage cost as this will be required should the goods be lost or damaged in transit. Any carriage fees are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty Goods

Goods Faulty on Arrival - If a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery, you have the option of an exchange or refund (delivery charges are not refundable).

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period - If your goods develop a fault after 28 days of receipt, then provided they are within their warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. This does not affect your rights under the Sales of Goods Act if the goods do not conform to the contract and the manufacturer does not repair or replace the goods or offer an alternative remedy.

Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Any items which are returned under warranty and have no fault found will be subject to a charge being made for the return carriage.

Goods Damaged in Transit - If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we'll issue replacement goods or a full refund as requested (delivery charges are not refundable).

*PLEASE NOTE: You do not have the right to cancel under the Distant Selling Act if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed. Change of mind cancellations apply to consumer customers only and do not apply to business purchases.

Change of mind cancellations ("in used condition") that are returned for a refund will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee (mm. £5 plus VAT) and a testing charge of £10.00 plus VAT. The Seller shall reserve the right to refuse to restock any goods which are incomplete and/or not in their original packaging.

**IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS NO FAULT FOUND A RETURN CARRIAGE COST OF £8.50 + VAT (up to 10Kg) WILL APPLY BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED. PRODUCTS ABOVE THIS WEIGHT WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHICH WILL BE NOTIFIED TO YOU PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF THE ITEM.
