Please note that in order for us to offer you the best possible service a number of criteria needs to have been met:

  • All items ordered must be in stock, whether stated or not, and available for delivery
  • We must have received a confirmed and fully authorised payment from your funding source
  • Your order is not delayed pending further security checks
  • You completed your order prior to the stated cut off time, which is normally 5.30pm.
